The Greater Mohawk Valley Land Bank is ready to seek qualified developers to perform site work and renovation activities necessary for the adaptive re-use of the Landmark "STONE LODGE" property.
The purpose of this RFEI is to identify developers interested in the acquisition and redevelopment of the HISTORIC STONE LODGE, review their qualifications for such a project and assess their capacity to carry it through completion.
